Governing Body of Society shall have powers to expel/terminate a member or/and members, from the membership of the above Society, on the following grounds:

1. (a) on death
2. (b) on written resignation,
3. (c) if found to be involved in any anti social activities
4. (d) if adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender or of unsound mind,
5. (e) if found guilty by means of anti propaganda of Amis and object of the society
6. (f) if fails to pay the subscription of contribution within three months from due Date,
7. (g) if has not attended three consecutive meetings without proper intimation,
8. (h) if disregards Rules & Regulations or disobey the decisions of Society.
9. NOTE: The decision of the Governing Body regarding the termination from the membership of the Society, shall be communicated to the member concerned.
